Newly- released Arrow concept art for season seven reveals some unused looks for Stephen Amell’s Green Arrow costume.
Stephen Amell’s Green Arrow has undergone many looks over the years. The first suit Stephen Amell donned notably didn’t feature a mask. The Green Arrow costume worn by Stephen Amell evolved with an addition of a mask, a New-52 inspired short sleeve look, and other looks.
With Arrow over, Andy Poon took to Instagram to share some never-before-seen concept for the penultimate season of Arrow with Stephen Amell sporting some different looks. Andy Poon had this to say in a caption about the unused Stephen Amell Green Arrow suits:
“Arrow has came to a beautiful conclusion, can’t wait to see how all the new characters that the finale set in motion play out. Here are 2 variations of the potential final Green Arrow suit exploration I did for costume designer Maya Mani back in the end of season 6. Ultimately I believe they have chosen a more classic look that pays homage the original suit to bookend the series. Would have loved to see this version come to live!”
