And given Steve Rogers didn’t have access to the Multiverse during Avengers: Endgame, it’s likely that his time travel chicanery actually landed him in Earth-828.
This rumor makes a shockingly good amount of sense. Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter would likely become rather influential due to their knowledge of the future. This would give Earth-828 the ability to technologically progress far faster than most other universes, leading to the tech utopia seen during the events of The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
