Following today’s announcement, fans are already clamoring for Smallville’s Michael Rosenbaum to reprise his role as Lex Luthor for Supergirl Season 4.
It was announced today Lex Luthor will be introduced in Supergirl Season 4. The Luthor family has appeared on the show in the past with Lionell, Lillian, Lena, and even a young Lex. The iconic Superman villain was last played on the small screen by Rosenbaum, who played the character on Smallville for years. Now, Supergirl fans have expressed their desire to see Rosenbaum reprise his role as Lex for Season 4:

I really like Michael Rosenbaum to play Lex tho, but I understand they don't want to cause confusion between Smallville and Supergirl universe…Michael is my fav Lex!

Michael Rosenbaum and IMO it’s not even close! He played Lex absolutely beautifully,creating such a psychologically complex version. I still refer to Smallville S3’s episode Shattered as some of the finest acting on TV @michaelrosenbum

CHAOS IN NATIONAL CITY – A shocking revelation causes chaos in National City. Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) sets out to capture Mercy Graves (guest star Rhona Mitra), while Alex (Chyler Leigh) takes control at the DEO. Back at CatCo, Kara decides to write an investigative story on Mercy and asks Lena (Katie McGrath) if she can interview her as Mercy has ties to the Luthors. Meanwhile, Brainy (Jesse Rath) meets Nia (Nicole Maines) and the two end up in a precarious situation. Harry Jierjian directed the episode with story by Dana Horgan and teleplay by Maria Maggenti & Daniel Beaty (#402).

New ‘Aquaman’ Movie-Themed Comic Variant Covers Spotlight Arthur & Mera
DC Comics has unveiled the Aquaman movie-themed variant covers for the Justice League/Aquaman: Drowned Earth crossover event.
DC Comics' Justice League and Aquaman series' will soon crossover for a story arc titled Drowned Earth and the publisher is releasing variant covers based on Warner Bros.' upcoming film about the King of Atlantis to commemorate the event. Now, six variant covers featuring Jason Momoa's Arthur Curry and Amber Heard's Mera have been released with illustrations from artists Francis Manapul, Francesco Mattina, Lucio Parillo, Ben Oliver, Dale Keown, and Nicola Scott.
