‘Superman’ Comic-Con Standee Reveals New Look At The Hero’s DC Universe Logo

Superman's logo looks fresh!

Superman is looking icon-ic! A standee for the film at Comic-Con India gives fans a clear look at DC Universe’s take on the beloved logo.

Almost every piece of publicly available information about Superman has been pulled apart and dissected by fans. While projects good and bad continue to trickle out for the DC Universe, James Gunn’s upcoming film truly feels like the start of a new era for the beloved brand. And just like any brand worth its salt in the modern era, Superman has its own logo.

The logo, seemingly inspired by the emblem used in Superman’s Kingdom Come design, was one of the first things fans saw of the DC Universe when one of the actors for the film posted a sneaky photo at a table reading showing off the design. Now, James Gunn’s take on the iconic icon has been blown up several feet at Comic-Con India, allowing fans to bask in all of its angular glory.

The Summer Of Superman Kicks Off

A standee isn’t the only thing adorned with the redesign of this enduring symbol of hope. The logo is also on an upcoming compendium created by the Folio Society celebrating the best and most beloved hits featuring Superman throughout the decades. These, combined with Harley Quinn’s recent move to Metropolis in her animated series, shows that DC seems to be all in on pushing Superman in 2025 to promote James Gunn’s upcoming film.

James Gunn Confirms New ‘Elseworlds’ Opening Is Being Developed For DC Studios

As for where else the logo could be slapped, fans shouldn’t be shocked if a costume resembling David Corenswet’s appears in Multiversus. Given James Gunn’s affinity for music in his films, a vinyl of the soundtrack is likely to find its way into record stores across the country. Since, while the S stands for hope, the $ stands for cold hard cash!

Superman is currently scheduled to hit theaters on July 11, 2025. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the future of the DC Universe and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
