Rachel Brosnahan, set to star as Lois Lane in the new Superman movie currently filming in Atlanta, Georgia, shared a light-hearted moment from the set on her Instagram. The actress posted a photo of David Corenswet’s dog, Ira comfortably seated on her set chair, humorously suggesting that she’s being replaced as Lois Lane.

The post quickly caught the attention of DC-Studios co-head James Gunn, who is both writing and directing the new Superman movie. Gunn chimed in with a witty comment, stating, “Comic accurate.” Additionally, the official DC Comics account joined the fun, adding, “That explains why The Daily Planet was investigating a treat shortage,” with a laughing emoji.

Since Superman kicked off its production in February, James Gunn has been actively sharing updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses with fans via social media. On February 29, Gunn celebrated the start of filming with a post that not only confirmed the beginning of production but also unveiled the final title of the film, explicitly stating that “Legacy” would no longer serve as its subtitle.
