A new trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps is finally out! The footage has fans ecstatic at Marvel’s newest take on the superhero team.
Marvel slowly seems to be walking the path of redemption when it comes to their perception with fans. Thunderbolts has become a surprisingly anticipated film amongst even those who don’t follow comic book films closely. And while people have mostly been sold on The Fantastic Four: First Steps, there are still a few pieces of doubt that linger in many fans’ minds.
That doubt, however, doesn’t seem to be lasting for long. The latest trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps seems to be giving fans exactly what they’re looking for. Not only does it give fans what they’ve been waiting for in seeing Mr. Fantastic’s powers for the first time, but it also confirms a number of leaks and rumors about the film, such as Sue Storm being pregnant.
The Fantastic Four Save The Universe
While fans knew ahead of time that Galactus would be the main villain heading into The Fantastic Four: First Steps, this trailer makes the stakes more real than ever. It even comes complete with an image of an exploding Earth! For as sad as it sounds, it truly seems as though Marvel’s First Family may end up failing in their quest to stop Galactus, at least in part.
Though Marvel doesn’t just deliver doom and gloom in the trailer. The Fantastic Four: First Steps, for the first time, puts the team of heroes as true paragons of their community for the first time. Even The Thing, who is often seen as a social pariah, was celebrated by children in the footage. So even if the universe may not last forever, there is at least good that will come from it.
