The Fantastic Four is getting a brand-spanking new title! Marvel has released a fully refurbished logo for the upcoming film at San Diego Comic-Con!
Fans didn’t expect much from The Fantastic Four reboot heading into this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Marvel doesn’t begin shooting the movie until next week, meaning there wasn’t much to show off. However, it’s clear that that expectation was far from the truth.
A huge bombshell came from Marvel’s Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con. Namely, the reboot wouldn’t actually be titled The Fantastic Four, as Marvel has announced that it’s now known as The Fantastic Four: First Steps. While a cute name at first glance, it reveals a surprising amount about the upcoming film.
The Fantastic Four Gets Its First Look
With The Fantastic Four not even in production yet, there’s not much footage that could have been shown off at San Diego Comic-Con. However, it seems Marvel spared a few looks at the upcoming project to help hold fans over until the real thing drops.
This look includes early footage of Galactus, played by Ralph Ineson, peering through a building. It seems The Fantastic Four reboot will be sticking through to the character’s comic origins, making him a massive cosmic entity. This is a relief, especially given the last time the character got adapted to the big screen!
The Fantastic Four: First Steps opens on July 25, 2025. Stay tuned for all the latest news regarding the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
