A new workout video sees Grant Gustin training for the final season of The CW’s The Flash series.

Grant Gustin has had quite the journey as Barry Allen across the Arrowverse and in eight seasons of The Flash. In March, the series was renewed for a ninth season, which was later revealed to be the end of the long-running series on The CW.

The Flash‘s final season is excepted to debut sometime next year with filming expected to begin soon. The series will conclude with an abbreviated season consisting of 13 episodes and see Grant Gustin hang up the yellow boots.

As filming nears for season nine, Grant Gustin is getting back into The Flash shape and a recent video posted on Instagram by trainer Ben Bruno reveals the hard work the 32-year-old actor is putting in for his last run as the character. You can watch the workout video with Gustin below.
