At CinemaCon today, Warner Bros. revealed the new logo for the upcoming DC movie, The Flash.

During their panel at this year’s CinemaCon, Warner Bros. shared footage of several DC projects, including Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Black Adam and Shazam! Fury of the Gods, as well as the hotly anticipated The Flash, starring Ezra Miller as the titular hero. The Flash not only marks the character’s first solo movie since his entry to the DCEU in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but also sees the return of Michael Keaton’s Batman and Michael Shannon’s General Zod in a story that sees Barry Allen traveling through time and the multiverse.

While the footage is yet to be released online, a look at the movie’s new logo has emerged. The new logo design features the title in the same bright red as the Scarlet Speedster’s iconic costume, wreathed in the Flash’s distinctive gold lightning. It’s a subtle redesign, but one that injects more of the character’s personality into the film’s logo. Check out the image from Warner Bros.’ CinemaCon panel below:

The footage from the film shown during the panel reportedly ended with Michael Keaton’s Batman saying “You want to get nuts? Let’s get nuts!” It looks like The Flash is about to do exactly that.

Directed by Andy Muschietti from a script written by Birds of Prey scribe Christina Hodson, The Flash is inspired by the Flashpoint comic book storyline, which followed Barry Allen as he navigated an altered DC Universe. Written by Geoff Johns and penciled by Andy Kuber, Flashpoint radically altered the status of the DC Comics universe and led to the launch of the New 52 titles.

In addition to Ezra Miller, The Flash also features Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as two separate versions of Batman, Ron Livingston as Henry Allen, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Antje Traue as Faora-Ul and Sasha Calle as Supergirl. Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Rudy Mancuso and Luke Brandon Field are also on board in undisclosed roles.

The Flash opens on June 23, 2023. Stay tuned for all the latest news regarding the DC film and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
