Titans Season 2 is on the way and according to star Anna Diop, it could be much closer than we think.
There’s no official word on when the second season of Titans will be released. But during an Instagram live, Titans star Anna Diop revealed some details on the new season. Anna Diop revealed several new pieces of information, including when the new season will be released. According to Diop, September or October is when season two will debut on DC Universe. Anna Diop also talked about Starfire and her character in the next season. She responded to a question about Tamaran, which is Starfire’s home planet, and Starfire’s family. The actress told viewers that there will be more details and it’s her favorite part of the season, revealing that the alien character’s home planet and background will be explored more in the new season.
Besides Titans, Anna Diop appeared in a small role in Jordan Peele’s Us in early 2019. She is also set to appear in a film titled Something About Her, a film that has no release date.

Titans follows a grown-up Dick Grayson working as a Detective in Detroit, having left his nights with the Caped Crusader long in the past due to having fundamental differences with Batman’s methods and approach to crimefighting before becoming the leader of the heroes known as the Titans.
Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy. The series is also making a few additions for its sophomore outing, with Joshua Orpin and Esai Morales playing Superboy and Deathstroke, respectively, while Chella Man and Chelsea T. Zhang have also joined Titans as Deathstroke’s children, Natalie Gumede has signed on to play Mercy Graves, and Game of Thrones star Iain Glen is set to play Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman.
Titans is now available exclusively on DC Universe in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally.
