A new poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home herlads the movie’s return to theaters with an extended cut that features even more footage of Tobey Maguire’s and Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parkers.
The extended cut of Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to feature “more fun stuff” when it hits theaters on September 2. Ahead of tickets going on sale tomorrow, August 23, a new official poster for the re-release has been unveiled, featuring all three Spider-Men.
While Tobey Maguire’s and Andrew Garfield’s role in the film was originally kept secret – though admittedly, it was a rather poorly kept secret – now that the cat is officially out of the bag, all three versions of Spidey are appearing in marketing for the re-release of the film.
Return Of The Spider-Men
The new poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home‘s return to theaters was released online today to announce tickets going on sale.
Check out the new poster below:
Alongside Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield as their respective versions of Peter Parker from previous Spider-Man franchises, the poster spotlights Tom Holland’s current version of Peter. Spider-Man: No Way Home marks Holland’s third solo outing and sixth overall appearance in the MCU as Spider-Man.
The returning Spider-Men aren’t the only former secret that’s been splashed on the poster – Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock can also be seen. The return of Marvel’s Daredevil in No Way Home was a welcome surprise, though his role was minimal. Perhaps his inclusion here hints that there will also be more of Matt Murdock in the new cut of No Way Home.
The poster also features new looks at the film’s plethora of returning villains and J.K. Simmons’ return to the role of J. Jonah Jameson. Notably, Simmons was the only returning actor to play a different version of his character, appearing as the MCU’s JJJ.
Here is the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:

Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.
