Tom Holland’s upcoming Spider-Man film and the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel have been delayed in part due to the coronavirus.
Since the coronavirus pandemic hit, one of the questions that have been on everyone’s minds is how it would affect the release dates of Tom Holland’s upcoming Spider-Man film. Originally the film was still maintaining its July release date of 2021 and the Into the Spider-Verse sequel continued to hold onto its release date of April of 2022. This, however, has finally changed.
Earlier today, it was announced that the sequel to Tom Holland’s Spider-Man: Far From Home had been moved from July of 2021 to November 5th of 2021. In addition, the upcoming sequel to 2018’s animated film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has also been moved from April of 2022 to October 7th of 2022. This delay has come due in part to the coronavirus.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is now available on Digital HD, 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-Ray, and DVD.
