Daredevil star Vincent D’Onofrio is looking forward to the upcoming Hawkeye series amid the rumors of his Kingpin return in it.

Netflix’s Daredevil series is one of the most beloved Marvel shows to date and while it was canceled a few years ago, rumors are heating up that there might be making a comeback in the MCU. The first notable rumor is that Charlie Cox will appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home, while Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin will return in Hawkeye on Disney Plus.

Whether the Daredevil stars are back or not, the good news is we will be finding out sooner rather than later with both of the Marvel projects coming out before the end of the year. To add more fuel to the fire, Vincent D’Onofrio recently shared on Twitter that he is looking forward to the upcoming Hawkeye series. Now, the Kingpin actor might just be genuinely looking forward to Hawkeye, or he’s dropping a major tease of his return. You can see D’Onofrio’s tweet below.

Here is the synopsis for Hawkeye:

“Former Avenger Clint Barton has a seemingly simple mission: get back to his family for Christmas. Possible? Maybe with the help of Kate Bishop, a 22-year-old archer with dreams of becoming a Super Hero. The two are forced to work together when a presence from Barton’s past threatens to derail far more than the festive spirit.”

Hawkeye stars Jeremy Renner, Hailee Steinfeld, Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Brian d’Arcy James, and Alaqua Cox. Florence Pugh is expected to return in her Black Widow role.

Hawkeye is set to premiere with two episodes on November 24, exclusively on Disney Plus. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding the potential future of Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin and Daredevil. You can also subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
