New behind-the-scenes photos from the set of Peacemaker reveal the stars behind the Wonder Woman and Superman cameos.
The season finale of Peacemaker featured the Justice League finally showing up to help the team, albeit far too late. While Ezra Miller and Jason Momoa reprise their roles as The Flash and Aquaman respectively, Gal Gadot and Henry Cavill didn’t return as Wonder Woman and Superman. Instead, they were seen hiding in the shadows, portrayed by stunt doubles. Batman and Cyborg were nowhere to be found in the brief but hilarious scene.
Now that the finale has been seen by fans all over the world, we finally know which stars portrayed Wonder Woman and Superman. Kimberley von Ilberg took to Instagram to reveal that she played Gal Gadot’s heroine in a behind-the-scenes photo from her Peacemaker trailer.
As for the Man of Steel? Brad Abramenko briefly portrayed Henry Cavill’s Superman for the scene. The star took to Instagram like his Wonder Woman co-star to post a behind-the-scenes glimpse at Peacemaker.

The first season of the HBO Max series will consist of eight episodes, with Brad Anderson, Jody Hill, and Rosemary Rodriguez also directing episodes.
