After a family tragedy, Zack Snyder stepped down from the director’s chair of Justice League, which allowed Joss Whedon to exercise control over the film and directly pay attention to Warner Brothers’. demands. In hindsight, Justice League became a critical and commercial flop, which has left fans craving Zack Snyder’s version of the movie.
For the past few months, a variety of stars from Justice League, including Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot, have been advocating to get Warner Bros. to release Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Alongside rallying support, Zack Snyder has been thanking fans by releasing brand new, unseen stills from his cut of Justice League. In the image, we see Ben Affleck’s Batman leaping into battle with his grappling gun. The image showcasing Ben Affleck’s Batman is one of many that Zack Snyder has released lately that happen to be in black and white. The context of this image focusing on Ben Affleck’s Batman is unknown as much of the plot from Zack Snyder’s Justice League cut is different than the final product. Justice League also happens to be the final film that has Ben Affleck taking on the role of Batman, as the actor left the role earlier in the year, allowing Robert Pattinson to take over.
