Director Zack Snyder cleared up a Justice League “plot hole” regarding Cyborg on his official Vero account.
Earlier this week, Zack Snyder revealed a new photo from a deleted Justice League scene featuring Cyborg standing at his mother’s grave on his official Vero account. The image prompted a fan to ask Zack Snyder why Cyborg couldn’t use the Mother Box to revive his deceased parents if it could be used to resurrect Superman.
In response, Zack Snyder explained that Cyborg’s father was disintegrated while his mother’s body would have decomposed too much by the time the Mother Box came into his possession. As Zack Snyder noted, Superman could be resurrected because he does not decompose as fast as humans.
