REPORT: Zazie Beetz In Talks To Reprise Domino Role In ‘Deadpool 3’

A new report claims that Zazie Beetz is in talks to return to the role of Domino for Deadpool 3.

According to reliable scooper Daniel Richtman, Domino actress Zazie Beetz is in talks to make an appearance in the recently-announced Deadpool 3. Beetz made her debut as Domino in the second Deadpool movie, working as a member of X-Force.

Last year, Zazie Beetz expressed interest in reprising the role of Domino for Deadpool 3 now that the rights to her character belong to Disney. “I would love to revisit Domino… I love her and so I would be more than happy to revisit her on camera. And I think I will. If Disney doesn’t make it happen, I’ll make it happen,” Beetz said at the time.

Recently, Ryan Reynolds announced that Deadpool 3 would also feature the return of Wolverine, with Hugh Jackman playing the character for the first time since 2017’s Logan, which was supposed to be his last appearance as the X-Men hero. Jackman has already started training for the role, as evindenced by his personal social media pages.

The first two Deadpool movies were produced by 20th Century Fox before the studio’s acquisition by The Walt Disney Company. Deadpool 3 is being written as the first movie in the series set within the Marvle Cinematic Universe.

Shawn Levy is directing Deadpool 3 after working with Ryan Reynolds on Free Guy and The Adam Project. The upcoming Marvel Studios project also marks a reunion between Levy and Hugh Jackman as the two worked together on Real Steel.

Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are developing the Deadpool 3 script after penning the first two installments in the series. The Molyneux sisters worked on a previous draft of the project.
