Zendaya Refuses To Talk Tobey Maguire & Andrew Garfield ‘Spider-Man 3’ Rumors

She's better at keeping secrets than Tom Holland.

Spider-Man 3 actress Zendaya refused to comment on the rumors regarding appearances from Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

After the internet was recently ablaze with rumors that former Spider-Men Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield would have roles in Spider-Man 3, MJ actress Zendaya says she can “neither confirm or deny” their involvement in the film. Given how secretive Marvel Studios is about future movies, it isn’t surprising that Zendaya is staying quiet about the sequel – especially since her co-star Tom Holland is notorious for revealing spoilers. The Spider-Man and Euphoria star recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! when the host attempted to get details about the upcoming film from her.

Since the Marvel Cinematic Universe is clearly leaning into the mystical element of it all by including Doctor Strange in Spider-Man 3, but whether Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire are set to reprise their roles remains to be seen. During the interview, Zendaya dodged direct questions about Maguire’s diet to see if she’d been working with him as well as if she’d had a bubble Thanksgiving with Spider-Men. The star replied “You almost… that was good. That was good.” Hopefully, if the two actors do come back to play their respective Peter Parkers, it isn’t ruined before the film’s release and can still be a fun surprise. Take a look at Zendaya discussing the Spider-Man 3 rumors in the interview below.

What do you make of Zendaya denying the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield rumors? Do you want to see the former Spider-Men in the sequel? Sound-off in the comments below!
