10 Things We Expect & Want Announced At Comic-Con 2016

9: 1st Details On CW’s 4-Show DC TV Crossover

Andy Behbakht: While the CW shows has just started production on their new seasons, they haven’t even filmed the big 4-show crossover yet so I don’t expect any footage at all, unless they filmed something briefly and secretly, in fashion of that Superhero Fight Club promo from last year. However I do expect (and really want) to get the first couple of details on the big crossover because I’m sure at this point, the writers and producers of all shows have come up with the story, with the scripts to be written soon. Unless they are saving all that kind of discussions for the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, but honestly it would make more sense to reveal information like that at something as nerdy as San Diego Comic-Con.

Christian Stoic: Supergirl recently took the plunge and moved from CBS to CW and this fall the new season will premiere and with this new season comes the expansion of the CW DC Universe, which already includes The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow. Each show will take place within the same universe and will have crossovers between each other, but the most anticipated crossover is a 4 way event that will expand and have effects on each show. I really do enjoy the universe that they have built and I would love to see the SDCC DCTV panels not only acknowledge it, but possibly bring some footage from it.
