7: Thor: Ragnarok Teaser Trailer
Andy Behbakht: Thor Ragnarok only just recently started filming as I think they have only been filming for maybe a week or two. But given that D23 is happening next year and Marvel most likely being missing then from Comic-Con 2017, it wouldn’t be unrealistic that the cast and filmmakers of Thor Ragnarok showed up for something very briefly. How fun would it be if Tom Hiddleston showed up again as Loki during Hall H like he did a few years ago, acting full out in character before presenting at least a teaser trailer? I would love that, heck, he should convince Chris Hemsworth to suit up as well and the two of them could have a fun little banter going back and forth before revealing a teaser. I just can’t imagine Thor Ragnarok not being at Comic-Con at all, given how long the Marvel Studios presentation is going to be. If both Doctor Strange and Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2 have roughly 20-25 minutes for each of their panels, then that leaves plenty of time for at least one (or two) more surprises for the Marvel fans.
Christian Stoic: In addition to Doctor Strange and Guardians of the Galaxy coming soon for the MCU, the next exciting entries in the universe are slated to be Thor Ragnarok and Spider-Man Homecoming. These films are gaining a lot of traction for their casting and the talent involved in the projects including Michael Keaton and Jeff Goldblum. Both films are currently mid shooting and it may be too early for full on trailers to be released, it would be great to see something new for Thor Ragnarok seeing as I don’t believe it is likely that we will get much from Spider-Man seeing as it is being co-produced by Sony. SDCC is about exclusives and big names and it would be great if they show very early footage from Thor Ragnarok. These properties are exciting Marvel properties and if Marvel is to make a big splash this year, they should consider bringing something fresh and exciting to their presentation.
