‘Arrow’ Finale Teases David Ramsey’s John Diggle Becomes A Green Lantern

During tonight’s series finale of Arrow, it is teased at the end that David Ramsey’s John Diggle becomes a Green Lantern.

At the end of the Arrow series finale, David Ramsey’s John Diggle is standing outside and sees someone crash down right in front of him. We then see David Ramsey’s John Diggle reach down into the pit where the crash occurred and picks up a case. In the case, all we see is a green light that shines in his face. Based on this image alone, it’s presumed that John Diggle will become a Green Lantern.

It has been teased on Arrow and the greater Arrowverse for sometime that David Ramsey’s John Diggle might become a Green Lantern at some point down the line. John Diggle has even been called John Stewart on accident from other heroes like John Wesley Shipp’s The Flash. With this scene, there is a chance that we could see David Ramsey suit up as Green Lantern in the future. While Arrow is over, we might see David Ramsey return as John Diggle in the upcoming Green Lantern HBO Max series or elsewhere in the Arrowverse.
