A new promo for the The CW’s slate of superhero shows rebrands the Arrowverse into The CWverse which also teases the upcoming Superman & Lois series.
Now that Stephen Amell’s Arrow has ended, The CW has rebranded their TV superhero universe into The CWverse, announcing the new title in a new promo video. Most of the video charts the evolution of the interconnected web of the shows formerly known as the Arrowverse, all the way from Oliver Queen’s first adventures as the Hood up to the battle of the multiverse in Crisis On Infinite Earths. The new promo also teased the arrival of Superman & Lois, the next new series in The CWverse.
After highlighting the first shows in The CWverse, like Arrow and The Flash, the promo quickly spotlights the new age of heroes with Stargirl, Black Lightning and Batwoman. It ends on a brief tease for Superman & Lois, focusing on the premise that Clark Kent came out of Crisis on Infinite Earths to find out he has two sons with Lois Lane.
