Greg Berlanti Says Ezra Miller’s Arrowverse Cameo Opens Up More Possibilities

More cameo's like Ezra Miller's 'The Flash' on 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' could be on the way.

Arrowverse chief Greg Berlanti says the cameo from Ezra Miller’s The Flash in Crisis On Infinite Earths opens up more possibilities for the future.

During a DC FanDome panel discussing the Multiverse which interconnects the worlds of DC television and the big screen adventures, Greg Berlanti teased that the cameo from Ezra Miller’s The Flash opens the door to a number of other possibilities. Fans will remember the cinematic version of the Scarlet Speedster briefly met with Grant Gustin’s take on Barry Allen in a scene in Crisis on Infinite Earths. But it’s possible more crossovers between film and TV are on the way if the new tease from Walter Hamada and Greg Berlanti are anything to go by.

The conversation between Tiffany Smith, Greg Berlanti, Walter Hamada and Jim Lee focused on the DC multiverse, and when the conversation shifted over to Ezra Miller’s Arrowverse cameo – Greg Berlanti and Walter Hamada revealed that it’s just the beginning of their plans for future crossovers. The most recent example is the recent news that Ben Affleck’s Batman and Michael Keaton’s Bruce Wayne will both appear in The Flash. Hamada later pointed out that HBO Max will become something of a “clubhouse” between TV and film. It’ll be interesting to see which characters cross back-and-forth between the two formats.

Do you want to see from Greg Berlanti’s Arrowverse going forward? Should more big-screen versions of the DC heroes debut on TV? What did you think of Ezra Miller’s The Flash meeting Grant Gustin’s Scarlet Speedster? Sound-off in the comments below!
