‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Set Photos Tease Scarlet Witch And Vision Scene

Set photos of Avengers: Infinity War indicate that there will be a touching scene between Scarlet Witch and the Vision, two lesser-known heroes on the team.

Scarlet Witch Vision Avengers
As many a true believer know, Scarlet Witch and the Vision are both mainstays of the extended Avengers team. So perhaps it’s not all that surprising, then, that the two of them are going to share at least one important scene together in Avengers: Infinity War. Mild spoilers ahead!

From the looks of things, the two supporting Avengers are going to take their budding romance to the next level with a more intimate scene scene showing a kiss:

The scene in question begins with Vision using his telekinesis to open the blinds of a window while in conversation with Scarlet Witch before the big kiss happens. But what’s really interesting about this particular image is that Paul Bettany is not in the makeup he typically wears for Vision (which he was seen wearing in through previous on-set photos) and Bettany is more or less showing up as himself for this scene. Could this be a part of a fantasy sequence, or could the Vision have found a way to synthesize a “normal” body when he’s not on-duty as a superhero?

Avengers: Infinity War will be released on May 4, 2018, and has a cast that includes Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark (Iron Man), Chris Evans as Steve Rogers (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth as Thor Odinson, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner (Hulk), Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton (Hawkeye), Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch), Paul Bettany as the Vision, Chris Pratt as Peter Quill (Star-Lord), Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautisa as Drax the Destroyer, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Vin Diesel as Groot, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Michael Rooker as Yondu Udonta, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Stephen Strange, Tom Holland as Peter Parker (Spider-Man), Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier), Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa (Black Panther), Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Tom Hiddleston as Loki Laufeyson, Benicio Del Toro as Taneleer Tivan (Collector), and Josh Brolin as Thanos. An untitled sequel will be released on May 3, 2019, and features many of the same cast returning alongside new additions like Brie Larson as Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel) and Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne (The Wasp).
