Jeff Loveness, who was recently revealed as the writer of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty took to social media to share the news and jokingly offer up the role of Iron Man – if you bring a boom mic.

It was revealed at D23 that Jeff Loveness, who has written Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania for Marvel Studios will be returning to pen the upcoming Avengers outing The Kang Dynasty. He will be teaming up with Daniel Destin Cretton, who is directing the MCU team-up movie.

Responding to the news on social media, Loveness joked about beginning to shoot the movie “this weekend at my place,” while looking for a helping hand.

Taking to Twitter to share the news that he will be writing Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, Jeff Loveness joked “Shooting it this weekend at my place. Kyle forgot to charge the camera battery. Can you bring one?”

The writer went on to write “If you bring a boom mic, you can be Iron Man,” before sharing various humorous responses to those replying to his tweet. The writer asked people reacting to the news if they could help out by playing characters such as Moon Knight, Vision and Hawkeye.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is the first movie in a two-part finale to Marvel’s Multiverse Saga. It will be followed by Avengers: Secret Wars, rounding out Marvel Studios’ Phase 6. Both films are scheduled to arrive in theaters in 2025.

Directed by Ryan Coogler from a script he co-wrote with Joe Robert Cole, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever stars Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett.
