‘Batgirl’ Star Shares Action-Packed Stunt Video From The Film

Batgirl star Ivory Aquino recently shared a cool behind-the-scenes video from the canceled DC film.

It’s been almost two months since the news came out that Warner Bros. Discovery would not release Batgirl theatrically or on HBO Max. The film was unfortuenly caught in the middle of the Warner Bros. and Discovery merger, with the studio now looking to recoup some of their financial losses by not releasing the film to receive tax credits.

With Batgirl no longer coming out on any platform, those who worked on the film have come out and shared some new insight into its production. Batgirl directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah notably shared a behind-the-scenes look at Leslie Grace’s Barbara Gordon sharing the screen with Michael Keaton’s Batman.

New Batgirl Footage Surfaces

On Twitter, Ivory Aquino, who played Alysia Yeoh, recently shared a cool look at one of the film’s action sequences. The behind-the-scenes footage caught on a monitor sees Batgirl stunt double Emely Cartagena fall into a massive Christmas tree. You can check out the Batgirl video below.

Here is the synopsis for DC’s next film, Black Adam:

Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.

Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a script written by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani, the DCEU film stars Dwayne Johnson, Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan.
