Warner Bros. has released new posters for Black Adam ahead of the film’s new trailer dropping on Thursday.
Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam is the next major comic book movie film coming to theaters, which means the marketing is starting to ramp up with Dwayne Johnson at the forefront of it. Black Adam has faced a long road to theaters with Johnson attached to the project for years with the character finally making his debut next month.
The plot of Black Adam remains a mystery, but the story will see the Shazam villain cross paths with Hawkman, Doctor Fate, Cyclone, and Atom Smasher who will make up the Justice Society. Based on merchandise leaks, Black Adam and the Justice Society will face off against Sabbac. However, the biggest rumor regarding Black Adam is that the film will feature the return of Henry Cavill as Superman after it was initially thought that a Man of Steel appearance would be another faceless cameo.
Black Adam Is Coming…

Here’s the synopsis for Black Adam:
“Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.”
Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a script written by by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani, the DCEU film stars Dwayne Johnson, Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan.
