One of the biggest complaints about Captain America: Brave New World is that the film didn’t feel like a true sequel about Sam Wilson. Rather, it felt like Marvel trying to mop up their forgotten threads that they left dangling in past MCU movies. Yet it seems there may have yet been more Hulk than originally imagined in Captain America: Brave New World. A rumor from DanielRPK gives fans new insight on a scrapped post-credits scene from the project. Supposedly, the film’s end wouldn’t have teased the end of the Multiverse Saga, but rather introduced a fan-favorite Hulk: Amadeus Cho.
“Per test screenings, Logan Kim (Ghostbusters: Afterlife and Frozen Empire) was cast in Captain America: Brave New World as Amadeus Cho and had a scene with Sam. The post-credits scene originally featured Sam and the Leader discussing how the Leader turned Cho into a Hulk. I wonder if Kim is still going to play the role now.”
Amadeus Cho’s Role In The MCU
While fans may roll their eyes at this scrapped post-credits scene, especially given the MCU already introduced an eleventh hour Hulk with She-Hulk‘s final moments, this moment from Captain America: Brave New World may have revealed more than fans thought. Specifically, with how Sam Wilson says Amadeus Cho turned into a Hulk.
