Set photos from the filming of Captain America: New World Order have been revealing plenty of key details about the movie ever since filming began in March. Eagle-eyed fans have now noticed a connection on set dating back to the first Iron Man film.
A brand new photo from the set of Captain America: New World Order reveals the logo for the fictional company Roxxon. The logo is seen on a sign displayed at an airport that seems to be the center of a fight between Anthony Mackie’s Captain America and the Serpent Society. The set photos can be seen below.

While many fans know Roxxon from the company’s role in the comics, others may recognize them from its background appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Specifically, the company has appeared in an action set piece in every Iron Man film. The first film featured Roxxon on a shipping container during his fight against Iron Monger, while the second one had the company sponsoring a race car during the Monaco fight against Whiplash. Finally, the third film’s climax took place entirely on a Roxxon-branded oil tanker.
Iron Man isn’t the only project in the MCU that shares this Roxxon connection with Captain America: New World Order. The first season of Loki featured Roxxcart, a grocery store derivative of Roxxon. A billboard for Roxxon was also seen in the first episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. While it’s not likely any of these projects will be directly tied to New World Order, it’s always nice to see these small connections across Marvel Studios projects.
