Marvel Studios adds Chinaka Hodge as head writer for Dominique Thorne’s Ironheart series.
Marvel Studios is quickly pushing forward on their upcoming Disney+ series. With She-Hulk currently filming and Moon Knight and Secret Invasion gearing up, we now know who will be tackling the upcoming Ironheart series that will star Dominique Thorne. According to Variety, Chinaka Hodge has signed on as head writer for the series. Hodge is known for her work on TNT’s Snowpeircer series and the Apple reboot of Amazing Stories.
Ironheart follows the story of Riri Williams, a genius inventor who develops the most advanced armor since Tony Stark. Disney revealed that the series was in the early development stages during their investors day presentation last year. That same day the studio announced that they had already cast Thorne in the role and it looks like things are moving pretty quickly.
