New footage from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker teases Daisy Ridley’s Rey turning to the dark side.
This morning, Disney officially released the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker footage that premiered at its D23 Expo this past weekend. The sneak peek didn’t reveal much but its final shot did show Daisy Ridley’s Rey with dark cloak, holding a dual, Darth Maul-style red lightsaber.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is set to be the final chapter not just in the sequel trilogy, but in the entire nine-episode Skywalker Saga that began in 1977.
