Back and late 2019, it was revealed that Sony was developing a Madame Web film. Dakota Johnson of 50 Shades of Gray fame was eventually cast in the lead role. Since the films ended, however, Johnson has been taking on roles in lower-budgeted, independent films. Now she hopes to bring the heart that you find in those kinds of productions.
