While previous photos have given fans brand new looks at new and returning cast members, the latest photos may hint at something much larger. Eagle-eyed fans have spotted that a bulletin board on set is marked as being from March 15, 2020. While the board could simply be abandoned, many fans believe that this could mean Daredevil: Born Again is a prequel series. Given recent news that fan favorite characters in Foggy Nelson and Karen Page may be missing from the Disney Plus revival, these photos give fans hope that the characters are simply missing due to the Blip and may reappear in the show’s future. No official confirmation has been given regarding the placement of Daredevil: Born Again in the timeline of the MCU and it will likely be a while until fans receive an answer to their questions.
What to expect from the new Daredevil series
Little is known of Daredevil: Born Again, with plot details being kept under wraps. Jon Bernthal, Sandrine Holt, Margarita Levieva, Michael Gandolfini, Nikki M. James and Michael Gaston are set to appear in the series opposite Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio. Matt Corman and Chris Ord are writing and executive producing for Marvel.
Unfortunately for fans of Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson and Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page, it has been confirmed that neither character will be returning for Daredevil: Born Again. The news has been met with disappointment from fans, as both characters played significant roles in the original Netflix series.
