Despite filming for the project being suspended for the SAG-AFTRA strike, new details have surfaced about the MCU’s upcoming Daredevil: Born Again series on Disney Plus. According to a reliable leaker, the project will be split into multiple arcs, one of which contains the serial killer Muse.
This newest round of rumors comes from insider Daniel Richtman. Allegedly, Daredevil: Born Again is rumored to feature two halves of nine episodes with a break between them, each half comprised of three story arcs lasting three episodes each. The series is aiming for a TV-MA rating, with one of the arcs in the first half of the Disney Plus series set to feature Muse, a character introduced in Charles Soule’s Daredevil run.
Muse is a deranged serial killer known for his gruesome and outlandish stunts for the sake of art. Daredevil faced him with the help of the vigilante Blindspot, who was also rumored to appear in Born Again. It’s unclear how much of the story the MCU Disney Plus series will adapt given Muse’s story is heavily tied to the Inhumans, but all signs seem to point to him appearing at some point in the series.
