Last week saw Deadpool 3 officially wrap filming. To celebrate the occasion, everyone from Hugh Jackman to Dogpool shared their final sentiments about the movie ahead of it’s July release. Over the weekend, director Shawn Levy dropped his own set of BTS photos, saying that the project “Started with friendship. Ended with brotherhood.”
Many fans were worried about the news that Hugh Jackman would return as Wolverine in Deadpool 3, fearing it may just be a cheap cash grab to bolster the project. However, this post shows how much passion director Shawn Levy, and the rest of the cast, have for this project. Here’s to hoping it lives up to those lofty expectations!

Shawn Levy is directing Deadpool 3 after working with Ryan Reynolds on Free Guy and The Adam Project. The upcoming Marvel Studios project also marks a reunion between Levy and Hugh Jackman as the two worked together on Real Steel.
Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are developing the Deadpool 3 script after penning the first two installments in the series. The Molyneux sisters worked on a previous draft of the project.
