A new selection of stills from DC’s Black Adam show Dwayne Johnson’s antihero meeting the members of the Justice Society of America.

Ahead of Black Adam‘s San Diego Comic-Con appearance this Saturday, the film’s star Dwayne Johnson has shared a range of images from the DC movie via Twitter. They showcase his take on Teth-Adam as well as the unmasked members of the JSA.

Black Adam will see Dwayne Johnson’s titular antihero encountering the JSA as he is faced with the choice of becoming a hero or a villain.

‘Black Adam’ Gears Up For Comic-Con

Dwayne Johnson used his Twitter post to hype up Black Adam‘s upcoming San Diego Comic-Con appearance this weekend, treating fans to a small glimpse of what the movie has in store.

As well as Johnson’s Black Adam, the images show Pierce Brosnan’s Dr. Fate, holding his iconic golden helmet. Another image shows Quintessa Swindell’s Cyclone and Noah Centineo’s unmasked Atom Smasher.

The shots of Black Adam himself offer a better look at his suit and seem to hint at some tension between him and Dr. Fate. Check out the images below:

A Black Adam panel will be taking place during Warner Bros.’ Hall H presentation at SDCC this Saturday, with more details and footage from the film expected to be unveiled by Dwayne Johnon and the rest of the cast and crew. Also hosting a panel during the Warner Bros. presentation will be Shazam: Fury of the Gods, which sees Zachary Levi return as Black Adam’s arch-enemy.

Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.

Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a script written by by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani, the DCEU film stars Dwayne Johnson, Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan.
