Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch and a S.W.O.R.D. agent were spotted on the set of Marvel Studios’ upcoming WandaVision series in Atlanta.
In the post-credits scene for Spider-Man: Far From Home, Nick Fury is seen on a space ship with the skrulls. This lead to a lot of speculation that the scene was the introduction of S.W.O.R.D. in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For those who are unfamiliar, S.W.O.R.D. is essentially space S.H.I.E.L.D. and it appears they will play a role in Elizabeth Olsen’s WandaVision.
WandaVision has been teased as one of Marvel Studios’ weirdest ventures yet with a sitcom setting, but new Atlanta set photos from Just Jared reveal some of the show’s modern setting. While it is expected that Elizabeth Olsen will finally don a comic book accurate Scarlet Witch costume in WandaVision, the set photos show her in street clothes. There is also one agent spotted with S.W.O.R.D. across his chest. You can check out the WandaVision set pictures over at Just Jared by clicking the link below.

How do you think S.W.O.R.D. will play into Elizabeth Olsen’s WandaVision? Sound off in the comments below!
WandaVision centers on Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch after the events of Avengers: Endgame and is believed to follow the character after she creates an idyllic world in which Paul Bettany’s Vision is still alive. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige also confirmed WandaVision will lead directly into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which will see Elizabeth Olsen reprise her role as Scarlet Witch. The first half of the series is set to take cues from multiple sitcoms over the decades, while the second half is said to be a Marvel blockbuster.
WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as The Vision, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, and Kathryn Hahn as a nosy neighbor.
WandaVision is scheduled to premiere on Disney Plus in the Spring of 2021.
