‘The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’: New Toy Confirms Major Spoiler

Move over Steve Rogers...

A major spoiler for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was spoiled by a toy for the upcoming Disney Plus series.

Although fans still have to wait until 2021 to watch The Falcon and The Winter Soldier on Disney Plus, a new set of toys has seemingly revealed an interesting spoiler from the upcoming Marvel series. The first footage from the show teased the arrival of Wyatt Russell’s U.S. Agent, but the packaging from Minimates’ toys suggest that he’ll actually have another identity entirely. The toys also revealed a look at the costumes for Baron Zemo and Falcon.

The Minimates double-set of Bucky Barnes and John Walker seemingly reveals that Wyatt Russell’s character will take up the Captain America mantle straight away instead of becoming U.S. Agent. Whether his identity will change throughout the series remains unclear, although news recently arrived that The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will bring back characters from throughout the early years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

What do you make of the spoiler from the Disney Plus series? Are you surprised the U.S. Government replaces Steve Rogers as Captain America so quickly? Sound-off in the comments below!
