Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman Fights Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel In Cool Fan Art

An awesome new concept pictures Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman going head-to-head with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel.

It’s been decades since heroes from Marvel and DC clashed in the comics, but this fan art reveals what a fight between two of the most powerful fighters from either side would look like. While it would seem likely Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman and Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel would talk out their issues before throwing punches, that wouldn’t be as fun to watch. The fiery artwork shows off how explosive their battle would be.

The fan edit from digital artist ‘pabloruizzx’ on Instagram features Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel in her 2023 costume from Avengers: Endgame, while Wonder Woman wears the iconic armour she’s been wielding since World War One. The former Kree warrior uses her photon energy to dish out a devastating punch while Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince uses her braces to throw out one of her defensive energy blasts. While the chances of seeing Captain Marvel and Wonder Woman fight in live-action are incredibly low, it would be an exhilarating scene if this design is anything to go by. While Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel isn’t expected to return to the big screen until 2022, Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince will soon be seen in Wonder Woman 1984. Full details on the Wonder Woman 1984 plot are being kept under wraps, but the film is said to follow Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince as she comes into conflict with a formidable new adversary named Cheetah and businessman Maxwell Lord. Wonder Woman was last seen in Zack Snyder’s DC superhero team-up movie Justice League.

Directed by Patty Jenkins from a script she co-wrote with David Callaham and a treatment she developed with Geoff Johns, the film stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Natasha Rothwell, Ravi Patel, Gabriella Wilde, Connie Nielson, and Robin Wright.

Wonder Woman 1984 is currently scheduled to hit theaters on August 14, 2020. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot and Captain Marvel star Brie Larson, and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content.
