A new behind-the-scenes look at Jared Leto’s Joker from Suicide Squad has now been released from the film’s Academy Award-winning makeup and hair designer.
With the Snyder Cut ahead of us, many are now fighting for the release of David Ayer’s Suicide Squad cut. The director has been pretty open the version of Suicide Squad that hit theaters was not his. In fact, Ayer has even said that his cut of the movie is almost finished. Jared Leto’s Joker is one element of Ayer’s cut that had a lot of material left on the cutting room floor.
Despite Suicide Squad‘s negative response, the film did win an Oscar for best makeup and hairstyling. On Instagram, makeup and hair designer Alessandro Bertolazzi shared a behind-the-scenes image of Jared Leto’s Joker while practicing some safety precautions that have now become the new normal.
