Johnny Depp Claims ‘Aquaman’ Star Amber Heard Punched Him After Finding Out He Lost $750 Million

Johnny Depp claims Amber Heard attacked him after he was informed that he owed millions of dollars.

Johnny Depp claims that Aquaman star Amber Heard punched him after finding out that the Pirates of the Carribean actor was in serious debt.

Johnny Depp’s libel lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch’s News Group Newspapers (NGN) and journalist Dan Wootton continues, with the Pirates of the Carribean actor alleging that Aquaman star Amber Heard attacked him after he was informed that he owed millions of dollars in unpaid taxes. Depp is suing NGN and Wootton for an article that appeared on The Sun, calling him a “wife-beater.”

According to The Guardian, Johnny Depp told the court this week that Aquaman star Amber Heard attacked him on the night of her 30th birthday party back in April 2016 after he arrived late and told her that he had lost $750 million. Here’s what Depp had to say about he lost that money:

“I was in the early stages of learning from my recently acquired new business manager that the former business managers had taken quite a lot of my money. They stole my money. It was put to me this way, because I had no idea about money or amounts of money: Since Pirates [of the Caribbean] 2 and 3, I had – and this is ludicrous to have to state, it’s quite embarrassing – apparently I had made $650 million. And when I sacked [the former business managers], for the right reasons, I had not only lost $650 million, but I was $100 million in the hole because they had not paid the government my taxes for 17 years.”

Last week, Johnny Depp also claimed that Amber Heard or one of her friends defecated in their bed the night of the party, something he discovered the next morning. What do you think of these latest developments? Let us know in the comments section!
