‘Joker’: Awesome Art Imagines Joker Transformation

In a recent post, an artist posted a video depicting Arthur Fleck’s transformation into The Joker.

The image in question comes courtesy of an Instagram user by the name of ogq86. The user’s profile is full of custom artwork that centers on various live action adaptation of DC characters. In this latest post the user decided to do a little video effect that showed a transformation for the character into The Clown Prince of Crime.

The video in question is not at all dissimilar from one of the earlier promotional videos for the film. In it, we see a “before” version of the character. The image then distorts and shakes as the image of the “after” version of the Joker flickers on screen until the new version completely covers the face of Arthur Fleck.

From the look of things, this Instagram user is very excited to see this newest take on The Clown Prince of Crime.

What do you all think of the upcoming Joker film? Are you excited to see it? Is there a point to the character without Batman? Let us know what you think in the comments below!

Here is the plot synopsis for the film:

‘Joker’ centers around the iconic arch nemesis and is an original, standalone story not seen before on the big screen. Phillips’ exploration of Arthur Fleck (Phoenix), a man disregarded by society, is not only a gritty character study, but also a broader cautionary tale.

Directed by Todd Phillips from a script he co-wrote with Scott Silver, Joker stars Joaquin Phoenix, Zazie Beetz, Bill Camp, Frances Conroy, Brett Cullen, Glenn Fleshler, Douglas Hodge, Marc Maron, Josh Pais, and Shea Whigham.

Joker will be released in theaters on October 4, 2019.
