A couple of Justice League fans petitioned for the release of the Zack Snyder Cut at this years Disney D23 Expo.
After Zack Snyder exited Justice League following a personal family tragedy, Joss Whedon was brought on board to oversee post-production work and extensive reshoots. This resulted in Zack Snyder’s original vision for Justice League being significantly altered and many fans have been urging Warner Bros. to release the filmmaker’s original cut ever since the DC film was released in theaters almost two years ago.
Two of those fans decided to petition for the release of the Zack Snyder Cut of Justice League at Disney’s D23 last month and asks attendees for their thoughts on the matter. While it may seem like an odd event to promote Zack Snyder Cut of Justice League considering Disney’s D23 Expo has no connection to Warner Bros-owned DC, the two fans found a handful of attendees who supported their cause or were at least curious about what they had to say.
