Keanu Reeves Becomes The MCU’s Ghost Rider In Awesome New Fan Art

John Wick Keanu Reeves Ghost Rider MCU

A stunning new piece of fan art imagines John Wick star Keanu Reeves as the MCU version of Ghost Rider.

While the Robbie Reyes version of Ghost Rider appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC, Marvel fans have yet to see the Spirit of Vengeance make its way to the big screen for the MCU franchise. Although Nicholas Cage starred in two Ghost Rider films, it’s not clear whether the supernatural anti-hero will ever get another cinematic outing or not. One name that frequently comes up when casting the Johnny Blaze version of Ghost Rider is John Wick star Keanu Reeves.

This artwork from Instagram user “finalgirl.edits” showcases Keanu Reeves as the MCU’s Ghost Rider. The hellish concept design shows off Keanu Reeves as Ghost Rider on his flaming motorbike, as well as the iconic flaming skull. The second image gives the artwork a grainy VHS cover that imagines what an MCU Ghost Rider home release would look like if it was made in the ’90s. You can see Keanu Reeves as Ghost Rider for the MCU in the artwork below.

Since there’s a Ghost Rider-shaped hole where the planned series used to be, do you want to see Keanu Reeves as Ghost Rider Johnny Blaze in the MCU? Let us know in the comments!

As previously mentioned, Gabriel Luna starred as Ghost Rider in the fourth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for multiple episodes. This version of Robbie Reyes was granted the Spirit of Vengeance’s powers after sustaining fatal injuries in a gang shootout that also left his younger brother paralyzed. With his newfound powers, Gabriel Luna’s Ghost Rider exacts revenge on the gang members who wounded his brother and other people he believes deserves his wrath. Eventually, Gabriel Luna’s Ghost Rider crosses paths with a self-exiled Daisy Johnson and later assists the S.H.I.E.L.D team in defeating a supernatural threat.

Hulu is still on track to deliver a Helstrom series along with the third season of Marvel’s Runaways. In addition to these live-action shows, Hulu is set to release four animated shows — Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K, Marvel’s Hit-Monkey, Marvel’s Tigra & Dazzler Show and Marvel’s Howard The Duck, which will culminate in a crossover special titled Marvel’s The Offenders.

Stay tuned for the latest news on Keanu Reeves, Ghost Rider and the future of the MCU!
