Keanu Reeves has admitted that he would love the chance to play a live-action version of Batman.
Since the release of John Wick in 2014, Keanu Reeves has become a big, sought-after talent in Hollywood. The question that has been on a lot of people’s minds’ however is how, when, and if he’ll end up in a superhero film. Fans have imaged the actor in a variety of superhero roles which have included the likes of Ghost Rider and Moon Knight. The first superhero role he took on, however, was a somewhat unexpected one.
Back in mid-2021 revealed that Keanu Reeves would be joining Dwayne Johnson’s upcoming animated film DC League of Super-Pets. It turned out that the character Reeves would be playing would be none other than Batman. Now it appears that Keanu Reeves isn’t taking playing Batman in live-action off the table.
Keanu Reeves Talks The Dream
While speaking to Extra, Keanu Reeves opened up about the possibility of playing a live-action version of Batman, but felt that Robert Pattinson had the role locked down and was doing great:
“It’s always been a dream, but [Robert] Pattinson’s got Batman right now and he’s doing awesome.”

In “DC League of Super-Pets,” Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis side by side.
