Is Jessica Jones finally making a return? Krysten Ritter has ignited speculation in a new photo with Daredevil: Born Again star Charlie Cox.
Following Charlie Cox’s return as Daredevil, speculation immediately began to circulate about which other members of Marvel’s Netflix catalogue may appear in the MCU. Perhaps the most popular pick to come back is Krysten Ritter, who played Jessica Jones in her titular series. While early rumors suggested that the character may appear in Daredevil: Born Again, a reunion ultimately never came to fruition in the actual series.
However, with season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again now filming, speculation of Jessica Jones making her return has bubbled up once more. Though this time, there’s actual smoke to this fictional fire. Krysten Ritter recently posted a new image of her hanging out with Charlie Cox, with the Daredevil star reading her new book Retreat.

Is Jessica Jones In Daredevil: Born Again?
At first, this may seem like Krysten Ritter capitalizing on Charlie Cox’s role in the wildly popular Daredevil: Born Again to promote her new book. This may be true. However, it’s important to note that Ritter lives in Los Angeles, whereas Cox is currently in New York filming season 2 of his Disney Plus series. While this far from confirms Ritter making her return as Jessica Jones in the project, it does show she’s keeping in contact with Cox and is in the area.
At the very least, this image will likely fuel speculation about Jessica Jones’ return in Daredevil: Born Again until season 2 officially releases. However, this may very well be the first concrete proof fans have for Charlie Cox reuniting with Krysten Ritter on the small screen. Here’s to hoping, for fans of the Defenders, that the other Netflix heroes aren’t too far behind!
