It seems like Thanos really did a number on Peter Parker’s friends and family when he dusted half the universe, and director of Spider-Man: Far From Home, Jon Watts, just confirmed yet another victim of the decimation in Marisa Tomei’s Aunt May.

SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS: ENDGAME BELOW!

It would appear that everyone in Spider-Man: Far From Home hasn’t aged significantly since they were last seen in Spider-Man: Homecoming, meaning the main cast like Ned, MJ, Flash, and the now confirmed Marisa Tomei’s Aunt May all disappeared for the 5 years following the Avengers loss to Thanos.

Director, Jon Watts, sat down with Fandango to talk about the brand new Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer that debuted earlier today. When asked directly about Marisa Tomei’s Aunt May, he confirmed her temporary demise.

“She disappeared and came back.”

Who else do you think was dusted? Who do you think survived and aged up five years in Spider-Man: Far From Home? Let us know in the comments down below!
