Batman star Michael Keaton has shared a behind-the-scenes photo of The Caped Crusader from the set of Batgirl.

HBO Max is swinging for the fences with Batgirl. Not only will the film serve as the debut of Leslie Grace’s Barabra Gordon but it will also see the return of Michael Keaton’s Batman. The Tim Burton rendition of The Dark Knight will first debut in this year’s The Flash, which will fold Keaton over into the existing DC Extended Universe thanks to the multiverse. How the iconic star returns in the HBO Max film remains to be seen.

Batgirl is currently filming and while details are slim on the DC character’s solo film, it’s expected that Michael Keaton’s Batman will serve as a mentor for Barbara Gordon. Keaton has been tight-lipped about his return in Batgirl but that hasn’t stopped him from dropping some teases! Taking to Instagram, the iconic star shared a behind-the-scenes look at Batman’s silhouette, teasing the hero’s return after nearly three decades.
