Deadpool 3 could feature the return of Owen Wilson’s Mobius.
The first season of the Disney Plus series Loki featured the Marvel Cinematic Universe debut of Owen Wilson, with the veteran actor taking on the role of Mobius M. Mobius, an agent of the Time Variance Authority who teams up with Tom Hiddleston’s God of Mischief. Wilson is set to reprise his role for the second season of Loki but a new report claims that he is also in Deadpool 3.
According to insider Daniel Richtman, Owen Wilson’s Mobius is expected to appear in Deadpool 3, with the character said to have a “big role.” Details regarding how Mobius would factor into the story of the third Deadpool movie are being kept under wraps.
The cast of Deadpool 3 so far features Ryan Reynolds as the Merc with the Mouth and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. Deadpool 2 star Zazie Beetz is said to be in talks to make an appearance as the fan-favorite mutant Domino.

The first two Deadpool movies were produced by 20th Century Fox before the studio’s acquisition by The Walt Disney Company. Deadpool 3 is being written as the first movie in the series set within the Marvle Cinematic Universe.
Shawn Levy is directing Deadpool 3 after working with Ryan Reynolds on Free Guy and The Adam Project. The upcoming Marvel Studios project also marks a reunion between Levy and Hugh Jackman as the two worked together on Real Steel.
Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are developing the Deadpool 3 script after penning the first two installments in the series. The Molyneux sisters worked on a previous draft of the project.
