The Peacemaker cast just keeps getting bigger! Brey Noelle confirms she’ll be playing an underrated Batman villain in season 2 of the series.
Despite filming for season 2 having wrapped all the way back in November of last year, details about Peacemaker have been kept tightly under wraps. Even the cast of the project is mostly a mystery, with only a handful of new actors confirmed when the project first started filming. Fans are still pondering over the mysterious forest man teased by James Gunn, and there’s almost no word on who the villain of the show’s sophomore outing will be.
Yet it seems that news about season 2 is slowly starting to trickle out. Rumors started to flow that Brey Noelle had been cast in Peacemaker following the actress appearing on the series’ IMDB page. Given how unreliable the site has been for scoops, mostly due to the rather lax requirements for editing, most didn’t put much stock into this news. That is, until Noelle herself confirmed that she had joined the DC Universe as the obscure Batman villain White Rabbit.

Who Is White Rabbit?
Jaina Hudson, better known as White Rabbit, is one of the odder members of Batman’s rogues gallery (and that’s saying something). The character is a seductress with seemingly no ill will toward heroes, with her few brief appearances involving her leading the hero down a path they would not have otherwise traveled. Though perhaps the most famous gimmick about her is that she’s a product of a split persona, with the blonde bombshell only being a subconscious alter ego of the Indian philanthropist from which she gets her civilian name.
This means that Brey Noelle is playing only one part of White Rabbit in Peacemaker season 2, with whoever they cast as the real Jaina Hudson still under wraps. While an incredibly odd Batman villain for James Gunn to choose to include in the series, it does line up with his sensibilities when it comes to the comics. And, given White Rabbit was a love interest for the Caped Crusader himself, it’ll be interesting to see if that characterization carries over into the DC Universe.
